Savannah 101

I've been wanting to write this post for awhile now, but I've been trying to keep track of all the things that Savannah does right now. She does or says something new everyday, so it's a never ending list.

*You love to say your ABC's, and know them all, but like to "blend" a few together
*You love to take Mommy's chapstick and "taste" it.
*You like to help out with dishes, folding clothes and giving Cooper a bath. You don't like to clean up your toys though.
*You love to play outside and scream and cry when you have to come in. When you're inside, you stand at the window and talk to you friend Kenner, who is outside.
*You weigh 26 lbs.
*You talk ALL the time. You want all the attention and constantly interrupt your parents and say, "I want to talk."
*You are clumsy. It's like you try to hurt yourself. Your legs are full of bruises. Daddy says you get this from him and that he eventually outgrew it. I guess we get some entertainment out of you walking into walls for the time being.
*You're very active, and love to run, but you don't always watch where you're going. You're very aware of things in general, but very unaware of the people and things around you. Like almost running into shopping carts or people in the store while you're walking because you're too aware of the movies or toys on display.
*You're all about compromise.
*You're getting better about me brushing your hair.
*You love to jump on/off beds and couches and you don't really listen when we tell you to stop doing it. We're waiting for you to break something.
*You love yogurt and officially associate your Aunt Larissa & Uncle Jake with yogurt and ask for some every time you go to there house.

*You love to sing. You learn new songs really fast. You're favorites are the "Bare Necessities", the ABC song and "Part of your world" from the Little Mermaid.
*Whenever we get mad at you, or you at us, you come and tell us a few minutes later, "I was mad at you."
*You say you're sorry and then want to reason with us. You express yourself really well.
*You're able to put your clothes and shoes on sometimes.
*You know your first and last name, and all of your families first and last names. I tell ya, I don't ever want you to get lost, but I think you might be able to tell them who you are, who your parents are, and where your parents work.
*You say, "Thank you for making me dinner."
*You want to help make food a lot. You love to make cookies with Daddy.
*You currently call your Mom, Rashel. You won't call me Mommy.
*You love your little brother, but sometimes you like to scare him, and then laugh about it.
*You love to dance. Whenever your movies end, and the credits play to music, you find one of us and ask us to dance with you.
*You are tall and thin, blonde with crazy blue eyes. Watch out!


Mommy and Daddy never thought in a million years that a 2.5 year old would talk so much and know so much. You are sassy, cute, independent, smart and active. You have both Mommy and Daddy traits, but you are for sure your own little person. And we wouldn't change you for anything! We love all of you!
