Cooper at 13 Months

Cooper has been doing some pretty cute stuff lately. While downstairs a little bit ago he went over and grabbed the wipes and a diaper from the diaper bag and brought it to Carter. Carter smelled him and he was poopy. So Carter went over and got the mat to change him. Cooper sat down on the mat and waited to be changed. Pretty cute.

Savannah has some different tea sets with spoons. She'll occasionally pretend she's making tea for us and stir it up and bring it to us to drink. Cooper did this today. While I was at work Carter said that Cooper had a spoon and tea cup and was doing the stirring motion and then brought it over to him. It's crazy the things he's comprehending.

He likes to bring us toys too. Today he had those cups where you can fit each one into another. He was bringing them over to me and showing me what he did. He likes to point at things a lot lately. He started doing this one day by pointing at Carter and saying, "Dad". He'll occasionally point to Savannah if you ask where she is. He'll definitely look at me when Carter says "Where's Mommy?" But he points at lots of things and does OHHHH's and AHHH's. Tonight he was freaking out because Carter was making cookies and he loves cookies. He was pointing to them and screaming because we weren't giving him them fast enough. He does this with ice cream too. He is crazy about ice cream. He shrieks so loud. So loud.

He runs. And it is the cutest little run. And boy can you hear him coming. It's like he's stomping throughout the house all day. He gets into everything. Trash cans are a favorite. So annoying. And gross. He follows everyone around all day. If we go upstairs for a minute and leave him, he throws a fit until you come back down. It's like he feels left out or something. Maybe slight separation anxiety, but luckily he doesn't have any problem napping or going to bed. He gives random kisses (open mouthed on the check) and hugs. He's got three teeth now, with two more about to break through. He has been quite fussy with teething. Such a cutie though.
