Thanksgiving
We had quite an eventful Thanksgiving. We had my family over for breakfast and then we went and saw Four Christmases. That was cute and a good laugh. After that we went down to my brothers new apartment to check it out and hung out there for a little while. Afterward we (literally) went across the street and visited with Carter's Dad for about an hour. My parents then went off to do there Thanksgiving and we headed over to Carter's brothers house for our Thanksgiving dinner. And it was seriously cold by about 5 pm. No fun!! We hung out for awhile waiting for all the family to get there and had a later dinner. (around 7 pm) Afterward everyone hung out, either looking at Black Friday Sales adds or playing Rock Band. Savannah was like a wind storm all night. Running around everywhere she possibly could and going up and down the stairs like 30 times. Stairs make us both nervous and Savannah has found a new confidence in going up and down them or even trying to hop or run down them. EEEKKK! She would not make up her mind WHERE she wanted to hang out. Toward the end of the night she was loving being in the Rock Band room and dancing to all the songs. Eventually she grabbed the microphone and pretended to sing and rock out! That was so cute. Taylor got a new puppy too, and Savannah enjoyed sort of playing with him. She would get excited and then scared. The puppy is so small, smaller than my families cat, so it was funny to see her get anxious. She really isn't around dogs that often though. Acacia loved the puppy though and at one point the puppy was jumping around on her and she was cracking up. So stinking cute, that might have been the highlight of my night.
Savannah and Deuce.
The Littles.
Oh, so Savannah loves motorcycles, so Carter and I had been saying lately that when we went over for Thanksgiving to Taylor's that we'd have to show her his motorcycle. Carter took her out to the garage to see it and all the sudden I hear this loud noise and realize he's showing her the bike. I guess she was pretty afraid of it because it was so loud. She's not used to being RIGHT next to it, so unfortunately we couldn't get her to sit on it afterward.
